The participants acquire basic knowledge concerning the definition, evaluation and display of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance data in the warehouse. The training also includes an introduction to the warehouse management menus, monitoring functions and the control of movements in the warehouse. Specific data base queries for obtaining KPIs using SQL and the Query Manager complete the offer.
