The new module “Shop Order – Mobile order recording” allows the quick and mobile recording of orders in LFS. By entering the item/EAN number of the bin location/load unit number, the order positions can be recorded and assigned to a customer. Optionally, an availability check can directly be performed by LFS. 

The module covers the following processes:  

• Control of production supply 
• Direct supply of Kanban systems 
• Direct and pick-up sale in the warehouse  
• Online recording of orders by sales staff   
• Show room processes 
• Handling of sample retrievals 
• Shop supply 

 
The innovative module offers many possibilities for use, for example 

• in the super market for filling up the racks (scanning the item and entering the required replenishment quantity in the handheld terminal) 
• for warehouse sales: the customer orders goods while walking through the supplier’s warehouse; the order is recorded at the same time 
• for spare parts supply  (e.g. car parts): the repair shop assigns the retrieved items to the repair order 
• in the show room: customer orders can be recorded in the sales phase 

Training duration: 0,5 day
